My name is Iffy and I am the owner of Hartwell Counselling Therapy Group. I work with high-achieving adults who are used to being the strong one for everyone else. Many of my clients are professionals, parents and leaders who feel pressure to perform, show up for family and keep it all together. On the outside you look successful; inside you may feel anxious, numb, overwhelmed or constantly “on.”
